What you'll do

As a Monitoring Supervisor at SimpliSafe, you will oversee a team of Monitoring Experience Specialists, ensuring they deliver exceptional security monitoring services to our subscribers. You will guide your team in using advanced technology to respond to emergencies effectively and efficiently. You will work closely with the Manager of Monitoring Experience to align your team's objectives with the company's long-term strategy, contributing to the overall mission of keeping every home secure.
