You have a proven track record in consulting, demonstrating strong evidence of successfully selling professional services within a software environment. Your acute ability to discern true customer needs allows you to translate unspoken requirements into actionable solutions that drive business growth. You articulate the impact of various solution decisions on project timelines and proactively ask insightful discovery questions during customer conversations. Your disciplined, project-management-oriented approach enables you to manage responsibilities across multiple deal cycles and customer engagements effectively.
You connect explicit customer requests with the broader implications for services, ensuring comprehensive solutions that align with the company's offerings. With a high-agency mindset, you proactively drive initiatives with minimal oversight, becoming an indispensable asset to the Solutions Consulting team.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Consultant, you will seize a pivotal opportunity to enhance the throughput of the Solutions Consulting team. Your role will directly impact the team's ability to deliver high-quality Statements of Work (SOWs) and engage proactively in critical customer conversations. You will extend the capacity of the team by developing crucial deal deliverables, including presentations and detailed SOWs. Beyond supporting existing engagements, you will leverage your expertise to independently lead smaller, yet impactful, scoping engagements for global prospects, ensuring precise alignment and successful project kick-offs.
Your dual focus will contribute to accelerating sales cycles and the end-to-end process of translating complex customer needs into actionable, commercially sound service proposals. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions provided meet customer expectations and drive significant business growth.
