You thrive on empathetic discovery and intelligent problem framing, ensuring that your designs are not only visually appealing but also highly functional. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and customer success.

You are proficient in using design tools such as Figma to create structured UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups. Your experience in validating designs through user testing and feedback loops ensures that your solutions are grounded in real user insights. You take pride in your ability to drive design clarity and quality through independent ownership and critical thinking.

What you'll do

In this role, you will uncover user needs through thorough research and transform them into clear problem definitions and UX direction. You will create structured UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with design-system standards. Your designs will be validated through user testing, feedback loops, and qualitative and quantitative insights, ensuring that they meet user expectations and drive measurable improvements in usability and customer satisfaction.

You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to ensure that your designs are accurately implemented and feasible. Your strong communication skills will help you convey design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders. You will take independent ownership of your projects, applying critical thinking to solve complex design challenges and enhance the overall user experience.
