What you'll do

As the Lead Product Designer at Tide, you will spearhead the design of innovative commerce experiences that empower SMEs — your role will involve conducting user research to identify pain points and opportunities, translating insights into design solutions that enhance user engagement. You will lead design sprints and workshops, fostering a collaborative atmosphere where ideas can flourish and be transformed into actionable designs.

You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate your vision — your designs will be tested and iterated upon based on user feedback, ensuring that the final product meets the needs of our users. Additionally, you will mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support as they develop their skills and contribute to the team.
