Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, allows you to translate complex requirements into intuitive designs. You have a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

What you'll do

As the Lead Product Designer at Tide, you will spearhead the design of innovative commerce experiences that cater to the needs of SMEs. You will lead a team of designers, guiding them in best practices and fostering a collaborative environment where creativity can thrive. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions, ensuring that the products you create are not only functional but also delightful to use.
