What you'll do

As a Staff Salesforce Engineer & Tech Lead, you will define and execute technical excellence within Sitetracker's engineering organization — you will lead the development pod through strategic technical prioritization and rigorous execution. Your responsibilities include driving architectural decision-making, authoring technical design documents, and leading implementation efforts to solve high-complexity platform challenges.

You will ensure that our systems remain performant, secure, and future-ready — your role will involve active mentorship through code reviews, pairing, and modeling best-in-class engineering behaviors. You will collaborate deeply with engineering, product, and design partners across global teams, guiding them through clarity of thought and strategic technical prioritization.
