You have experience in account management or a related field, ideally with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients and have a proven track record of upselling and retaining customers. You are fluent in Spanish and have excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by achieving targets and contributing to team success.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Skello, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth post-sale. You will be responsible for identifying upselling opportunities and transforming them into signed contracts, ensuring that our clients receive the maximum value from our solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and to provide tailored solutions that meet those needs.
