You are passionate about customer relations and eager to leverage your expertise to support a product that simplifies the lives of thousands of entrepreneurs. Your ability to communicate effectively across various channels—chat, email, phone, or video conferencing—makes you an ideal point of contact for clients from diverse backgrounds, including restaurant managers and luxury retail directors.

You understand the importance of maximizing client success and are proactive in conducting follow-up sessions to ensure clients are getting the most out of Skello's solution. Your keen eye for identifying business opportunities allows you to relay valuable insights to the Account Strategists, contributing to the overall growth of Skello. You are adaptable and can manage multiple conversations simultaneously without compromising on quality.

What you'll do

As a Customer Care representative, you will be the primary contact for our clients, assisting them with their daily inquiries and helping them become autonomous in using our solution. You will respond to client questions and find solutions to their business challenges, ensuring they feel supported and valued. Your role will involve animating follow-up sessions to maximize client success and retention, playing a key part in their journey with Skello. You will also represent the voice of the customer internally, advocating for improvements in our processes and product based on client feedback.
