What you'll do
In this role, you will assist the Customer Care team in ensuring that every customer interaction meets HelloFresh's high standards of service. You will help train and support customer service agents, providing them with the tools they need to succeed. Your responsibilities will include improving self-service tools such as chatbots and FAQs, ensuring they are user-friendly and effective. You will collaborate with teams in Purchasing, Production, and Logistics to identify and resolve customer pain points at their source. You will participate in onboarding sessions to familiarize yourself with the company's operations and culture, setting you up for success in your internship.
