Skillsoft is hiring an Analyst People Operations to provide support for HR-related inquiries and issues. You'll work with HR Service Desk platforms and require strong communication skills. This position is based in Hyderabad, India.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in HR and experience working on HR Service Desk platforms like FreshService. Your excellent communication skills enable you to respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a customer-focused approach in all interactions. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to assist employees and managers with HR-related inquiries and issues.
You understand HR policies, procedures, and programs, and are capable of troubleshooting and resolving issues related to employee data, payroll, and benefits. Your attention to detail ensures that all HR-related inquiries are accurately recorded and compliant with company standards. You are proactive in escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR team members when necessary.
What you'll do
As an Analyst People Operations, you will act as the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, responding via phone, email, or chat. You will provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, ensuring they have the information they need to navigate HR processes effectively. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues related to employee data and payroll, and you will assist with various HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
You will maintain accurate records of all HR-related inquiries and issues, ensuring compliance with company policies. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you work to resolve inquiries and support the HR team in delivering exceptional service to employees.
