You have a knack for creating engaging content and resources that simplify complex features, ensuring that merchants can easily leverage the Skio platform. You are proactive in identifying potential roadblocks for merchants and are ready to provide scalable outreach to keep them on track. What you'll do
In this role, you will be the architect of the "one-to-many" model, designing and running webinars, automated email campaigns, and in-app messaging to guide large cohorts of merchants toward subscription success. You will own the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring they hit their "aha!" moment within the first 90 days. Your responsibilities will include partnering with Marketing and Product teams to create educational resources such as video tutorials and best-practice guides. You will monitor merchant health metrics closely, ready to intervene with proactive outreach when necessary. As a product adoption expert, you will demonstrate how merchants can leverage Skio's core features to drive their own ROI and simplify their business operations. You will also champion self-service by creating a library of resources that empower merchants to find the information they need independently.
