You are detail-oriented and ensure that products and SKUs are quotable in Salesforce with the correct selling attributes, bundles, price book mappings, and provisioning flags — your meticulous nature helps maintain catalog readiness and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end quoting experience, managing pricing and discount approval workflows across both direct and channel motions — your efforts will directly impact the efficiency of the sales cycle. You will define and operationalize amendment paths for various scenarios, including co-term, extend, expand, swap, and returns, ensuring a seamless experience for both the sales team and customers.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and streamline operations — your insights will help drive revenue growth and enhance the overall customer experience. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products and SKUs are properly configured in Salesforce, which is crucial for accurate quoting and order processing.

Your role will also involve analyzing existing processes and systems to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies — you will leverage your expertise to propose and implement solutions that enhance operational effectiveness. You will be a key player in the Revenue Operations team, contributing to the overall success of Skydio's sales initiatives.
