You have extensive experience as a Salesforce CPQ Developer, with a strong understanding of Quote-to-Order processes and the ability to lead optimization efforts. Your background includes working cross-functionally with various teams, ensuring data integrity and compliance as organizations scale. You thrive in a remote-first environment and are comfortable collaborating with diverse teams to streamline workflows. You are detail-oriented and possess a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Desirable
Experience with Salesforce administration and governance is a plus, as is familiarity with revenue operations and sales processes. You are adaptable and open to learning new tools and technologies that can enhance your work and the team's efficiency. Your communication skills enable you to articulate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and understanding.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the optimization of Quote-to-Order processes, ensuring they are scalable and compliant with organizational standards. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, and Product teams to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that enhance efficiency. Your responsibilities will include maintaining data integrity across systems and ensuring that all processes align with best practices.
