You have relevant experience with Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) and a strong understanding of technical support principles — you thrive in environments where you can combine your hands-on knowledge with customer service to enhance user experiences. Your troubleshooting skills are top-notch, allowing you to diagnose and resolve issues effectively, ensuring that customers can maximize their use of Skydio products.
You are comfortable working both remotely and on-site, adapting to the needs of various customers across Alaska — your ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are dedicated to providing best-in-class support.
What you'll do
As a Field Support Representative, you will act as a Skydio products ambassador, working closely with commercial, state and local government, and educational customers — your role will involve providing operational best practices and deep feature diagnostics for UAS systems and cloud services. You will perform device firmware troubleshooting and optimize mission usage and configuration, ensuring that customers' pilots can fly without issues.
You will utilize log analysis tools and customer incident tickets to determine the root cause of various flight and skill issues, such as media streaming and 3D scanning — your recommendations for mitigation will be crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and enhance product offerings, ensuring that Skydio remains at the forefront of the drone industry.
