Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, leading teams and driving data-driven decisions that enhance brand performance. Your analytical mindset allows you to dissect complex data sets and derive actionable insights that inform marketing strategies. You are proficient in tools like Google Analytics and SQL, enabling you to analyze user behavior and campaign effectiveness effectively.

You possess a strong understanding of marketing metrics and methodologies, including A/B testing and incrementality testing. Your curiosity drives you to explore new analytical techniques and tools, ensuring that your team remains at the forefront of marketing analytics. You are also skilled in mentoring and coaching analysts, fostering their growth and development within the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of high-performing analysts, guiding them in their analysis of marketing performance and user acquisition strategies. You will collaborate closely with Performance Marketing, Brand Advertising, PR, and Social teams to enhance brand awareness and drive user growth. Your expertise in causal inference and marketing mix modeling (MMM) will be crucial in shaping channel spend allocation and optimizing return on ad spend (ROAS) strategies.

You will be responsible for steering the analytical direction of marketing campaigns, ensuring that SEM bidding decisions are informed by a deep understanding of marginal returns. Your role will involve conducting rigorous analyses to evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing initiatives, providing insights that will help the company achieve its ambitious growth targets.
