You are comfortable working with various analytics tools and methodologies, and you have a proven track record of measuring and modeling marketing ROI across different channels and customer segments.

You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to guide and mentor your team effectively. You are data-driven and have a passion for using analytics to inform strategic decisions. Your communication skills allow you to present insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that data-driven decisions are made across the organization. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact on Pipedrive's growth.

What you'll do

As the Director of Marketing Analytics, you will lead Pipedrive's global marketing analytics function, focusing on turning data into actionable insights that accelerate growth. You will partner closely with various teams to measure, model, and predict marketing performance across channels and customer segments. Your role will involve developing and implementing analytics strategies that align with Pipedrive's business objectives, ensuring that marketing efforts are optimized for maximum ROI.

You will oversee the collection and analysis of marketing data, using advanced analytics techniques to derive insights that inform marketing strategies. Collaborating with the Marketing team, you will help design and execute experiments to test new marketing initiatives and optimize existing campaigns. Your insights will guide decision-making processes, helping to shape Pipedrive's marketing strategy and drive business growth.

In addition to your analytical responsibilities, you will lead a team of analysts, providing mentorship and guidance to help them develop their skills and advance their careers.
