Skyscanner is hiring a Principal AI Conversation Designer to define and implement best-practice AI Conversational Design. You'll work with natural language processing and UX research to enhance user interactions. This role requires expertise in conversational interfaces and design principles.

Who you are

You have extensive experience in conversational design, with a strong background in linguistics and user experience research — you understand how to create engaging and effective conversational interfaces that resonate with users. Your ability to analyze performance metrics allows you to refine designs based on real user interactions, ensuring that every conversation feels natural and helpful.

You are well-versed in the latest trends in conversational and generative AI — you stay informed about emerging technologies and methodologies that can enhance user experiences. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work effectively across teams, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and prototype conversational flows for machine learning applications, ensuring that they align with Skyscanner's brand and user expectations. You will lead the implementation of best practices in AI conversational design, shaping how Skyscanner interacts with millions of travelers.
