What you'll do
As an AI Conversation Designer at Decagon, you will explore how people and AI can work together most effectively in real-world settings. Your mission will be to design, build, and optimize human-AI collaboration patterns that make frontier AI systems both practical and transformative for our customers. You will work closely with the Agent Product & Operations team to ensure that AI agents deliver personalized and deeply satisfying interactions across various channels. Your role will involve continuous guidance and input throughout the development lifecycle of AI agents, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of users.
