Skyways is hiring a Flight Test Engineer to plan, execute, and analyze flight tests for unmanned aerial vehicles. You'll work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure aircraft performance and safety. This role requires hands-on experience with aircraft and data systems.

You have a strong background in aerospace engineering or a related field, with hands-on experience in flight testing and validation of aircraft systems. You understand the complexities of unmanned aerial vehicles and have a keen eye for detail when it comes to performance, safety, and reliability. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Systems, Software, GNC, and Flight Operations, sets you apart. You are comfortable defining test objectives and designing methodologies that drive meaningful progress toward product readiness and certification.
