What you'll do

As the Head of Flight at Skyways, you will define and lead all flight operations and flight testing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include ensuring safety and regulatory compliance for all flight activities, as well as developing operational standards that align with the company's growth objectives. You will work closely with engineering teams to integrate learnings from flight tests into product development, driving innovation and efficiency. Additionally, you will oversee the training and development of flight operations personnel, fostering a culture of safety and excellence. Your role will be critical in preparing the company for global scale, as you strategize and implement processes that support the transition from successful deployments to full production.
