You have extensive experience in finance leadership roles, ideally within the technology or aerospace sectors — you've successfully built financial systems that support rapid growth and operational excellence. Your background includes working closely with executive teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on financial strategies and objectives.
You possess a deep understanding of accounting principles, audits, and financial operations — you are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to manage the details while also thinking strategically about the company's financial future. Your ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders sets you apart.

What you'll do
As the VP of Finance at Skyways, you will define and implement the financial systems and strategies necessary for scaling the company from early production to mass deployment of autonomous aerial vehicles.
