Skyways is hiring a Regulatory and Certification Manager to shape the certification strategy for novel automated aircraft. You'll work directly with senior regulators and internal technical leaders to influence aircraft design and safety architecture. You have a strong background in aviation regulations and certification processes — you've navigated complex regulatory environments and understand the intricacies of getting novel aircraft approved for operation. Your experience includes working closely with regulatory bodies and influencing design and safety standards. You thrive in high-stakes environments where safety and compliance are paramount, and you are passionate about the future of air transportation.
You possess excellent communication skills — you can articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your ability to build relationships with regulators and internal teams is key to your success. You are detail-oriented and have a strong analytical mindset, allowing you to assess risks and develop effective strategies for certification.
What you'll do
As the Regulatory and Certification Manager at Skyways, you will lead the development of certification strategies for our automated aircraft.
