You are comfortable being on camera and can effectively communicate the brand's message in a relatable way. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with content teams to align social media strategies with broader marketing goals. You are data-driven and can analyze social media metrics to inform your strategies and demonstrate the impact of your efforts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building and growing Slice's social media and community presence — your goal is to create a trusted voice for independent pizzerias. You will launch, test, and scale new social channels, including TikTok, to reach a wider audience. Your role will involve ideating, producing, and publishing content that resonates with pizzeria owners, ensuring they feel seen and supported. You will create feedback loops between social, community, content, and the business to ensure alignment and effectiveness. You will also be on camera when it helps tell the story better, showcasing the community and its members. Your efforts will connect social and community initiatives to real outcomes, demonstrating the value of engagement and support for independent pizzerias.
