Slice is hiring an Inside Sales Manager to lead a team focused on acquiring new shops onto the Slice Platform. You'll leverage your leadership skills to coach and develop salespeople. This role requires a passion for small business and sales management experience.

What you'll do
As the Inside Sales Manager at Slice, you will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives responsible for acquiring new shops onto the Slice Platform. Your primary focus will be on coaching and developing your team, helping them to crush their sales goals. You will work closely with your team to define and execute sales strategies that align with Slice's mission to support independent pizzerias. You will also collaborate with marketing to ensure that your team's efforts are supported by effective campaigns and messaging.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback to your team members. You will conduct regular one-on-one meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth. Additionally, you will analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance.
