You are a hands-on Product Designer with a strong product thinking mindset — you place the user at the center of every decision and thrive in environments where product, data, and design intersect. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually refined designs that elevate user experiences. You are comfortable leading user research to uncover insights that inform your design decisions, and you have co-founder ambitions, ready to take ownership of your work and drive product direction.

You have experience in end-to-end product design processes — from discovery and research to prototyping, testing, and final design. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing, to ensure that your designs align with business goals and user needs. You are excited about experimentation and growth, and you are eager to test bold ideas and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the product design process for Sign.com, crafting high-quality designs that enhance the product experience. You will lead user research initiatives to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the designs you create are user-centered and effective. You will collaborate closely with a small, dedicated team, providing design expertise and guidance while also receiving mentorship from the UX guild. Your work will directly impact the future of Sign.com and contribute to the broader product ecosystem at Smallpdf.

You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and functional designs that resonate with users — your attention to detail will ensure that every aspect of the product is polished and user-friendly. You will engage in iterative design processes, testing and refining your ideas based on user feedback and data-driven insights. As the sole designer for Sign.com, you will have the opportunity to shape the product's direction and contribute to its success.
