What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all accounting matters in India, supporting the India Country Manager and local operational teams within the CFO organization. You will lead the accounting operations by managing the outsourced accounting firm, ensuring a successful monthly close process that meets all deadlines. Your responsibilities will include guaranteeing financial integrity by ensuring all financial reporting is accurate and compliant with both US GAAP and Indian GAAP. You will collaborate with global teams to align local practices with corporate policies, ensuring that all statutory and regulatory requirements are met. Additionally, you will provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support strategic decision-making within the organization.
