What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and grow a high-performing engineering team responsible for developing Enterprise Audit capabilities. You will define and drive the Enterprise Audit roadmap in partnership with Product, Security, Compliance, and other engineering teams. Your focus will be on balancing customer value with compliance requirements and ensuring the sustainability of the platform.

You will own the architecture and delivery of highly reliable, secure, and scalable audit systems. This includes overseeing event capture, processing, storage, and query/reporting at an enterprise scale. You will build audit as a platform capability, ensuring strong guarantees such as integrity, durability, and tamper resistance, while enabling other teams to emit and consume auditable events consistently.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure that the engineering team is aligned with the broader business objectives. You will be responsible for mentoring team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving technical excellence within the team.
