You have a proven track record in customer success and retention strategies, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making. Your experience includes working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective customer lifecycle strategies. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable managing projects that have a direct impact on revenue retention. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex strategies to diverse stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end approach to identifying and mitigating customer churn at Smartsheet. You will partner with teams across Customer Excellence, Product, Revenue Operations, and Data Science to develop proactive strategies that enhance customer retention. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer data to forecast potential churn risks and implementing strategies to address these challenges. You will also play a key role in shaping how Smartsheet manages customer risk at scale, ensuring that the company continues to deliver exceptional value to its customers.
