Who you are

You have a strong background in account management, particularly in customer retention and renewals — you understand the importance of maintaining customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Your experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce, allows you to manage customer data effectively and streamline the renewal process. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to convey company messages and value propositions clearly. You take an active interest in increasing customer happiness and deepening relationships, demonstrating a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving. Your follow-up mindset ensures that no opportunity for upselling or cross-selling is missed, maximizing customer growth.

What you'll do

As a Customer Retention Account Manager at JFrog, you will be responsible for the renewal of customer subscriptions in your assigned territory. This includes notifying customers of upcoming renewals, discussing contract changes, and providing quotes directly to them. You will manage the cadence for effective renewal forecasts and projections, driving the renewals process in collaboration with the Strategic Sales team to preserve and improve customer contracts and relationships. In partnership with Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, Procurement, and Sales teams, you will own and manage the renewal process, ensuring that renewals are processed accurately and on time. Additionally, you will identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities upon contract renewal to maximize customer growth.
