What you'll do

In this role, you will define the vision and strategy for Smartsheet's enterprise solutions, focusing on driving business impact and aligning with customer demands. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features that enhance the user experience. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, as well as analyzing user feedback to inform product iterations. You will lead product roadmaps, ensuring that development aligns with strategic objectives and timelines. You will also collaborate with marketing to develop go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value of new features and enhancements. As a Principal Product Manager, you will mentor junior product managers, sharing your expertise and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team. You will be responsible for tracking key performance indicators to measure the success of product initiatives and making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
