You have a strong background in technical account management, with experience in building strategic relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations. You understand the importance of maximizing customer satisfaction and are skilled at providing technical support for complex solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences sets you apart, allowing you to bridge the gap between customer needs and technical capabilities.

You are familiar with cloud-based platforms and have a solid understanding of how to leverage technology to drive business outcomes. Your experience in consulting or customer success roles has equipped you with the skills to identify opportunities for improvement and to advocate for your customers' needs within your organization. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Smartsheet, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key technical team members within customer organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers to maximize the value of their Smartsheet investment through tailored support and guidance. Your role will involve providing post-consulting technical support on custom or premium application solutions, ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service.

You will work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and challenges, and you will leverage your technical expertise to provide solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner will be essential as you collaborate with customers to implement best practices and optimize their use of Smartsheet.

In addition to direct customer interactions, you will also collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on product enhancements and to advocate for customer needs. Your insights will help shape the future of Smartsheet's offerings, ensuring that they continue to meet the evolving demands of customers.
