You have a strong desire to help others and enjoy solving problems — as a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless experience with our platform. What you'll do
As a Customer Support Specialist at Snapdocs, you will act as the first point of contact for inbound phone support, documenting clear and thorough call notes to ensure accurate follow-up.
