You will answer inquiries via chat, phone, and email, ensuring that each interaction is meaningful and tailored to the customer's needs. Your goal is to provide a stunning customer experience rather than just a quick resolution. You will also play a crucial role in onboarding new clients, guiding them through the process so they can secure their insurance in under two minutes. By identifying common challenges faced by customers, you will work closely with our development team to suggest improvements that enhance the overall user experience.
