Who you are
You have a strong background in AI and machine learning, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing AI solutions. Your expertise allows you to effectively communicate the value of AI and ML features to technical stakeholders, ensuring they understand the benefits of Snowflake's capabilities. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, engineering, and sales teams to influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present complex technical concepts in an accessible manner. Your ability to publish content, such as blog posts and technical collateral, helps scale the team's efforts and showcases your thought leadership in the AI space. You are driven by innovation and are eager to challenge ordinary thinking while contributing to the growth of Snowflake.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the technical expert who positions Snowflake's AI and ML features to technical stakeholders across the Americas. You will partner with account teams and customer champions to scope and drive proof of concepts (POCs) that demonstrate the value of Snowflake's capabilities. Your work will include conducting executive readouts and developing business value cases that resonate with customers.
You will collaborate with Snowflake's product and engineering teams to influence the AI and ML roadmaps, ensuring they align with customer needs and feedback. Your contributions will help shape the future of Snowflake's AI offerings, making a significant impact on customer success and adoption. You will also maintain and tailor sales engineering assets, including customer presentations, to enable and accelerate growth.
