You are a strategic thinker who enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to ensure successful execution and customer adoption of AI and ML solutions. You have a knack for publishing content that scales your efforts, whether through blog posts, presentations, or technical collateral. You are driven by a desire to challenge ordinary thinking and push the pace of innovation.

Desirable

Experience with Snowflake's AI Data Cloud is a plus, as is familiarity with various AI and ML frameworks. You are comfortable scoping and driving proof of concepts (POCs) to success and can tailor presentations to meet the needs of technical stakeholders. You have a passion for sharing knowledge and enabling others to understand the potential of AI technologies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be the technical expert who positions Snowflake’s AI and ML features to technical stakeholders across the Americas. You will partner with account teams and customer champions to scope and drive POCs that demonstrate the value of Snowflake’s capabilities. Your work will include conducting executive readouts and developing business value cases that resonate with customers.

You will collaborate with Snowflake’s product and engineering teams to influence the AI and ML roadmaps based on customer feedback. Your insights will help shape the future of Snowflake’s offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the market. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining Sales Engineering AI and ML selling assets, including customer presentations and technical documentation.

Your role will require you to engage with customers directly, providing hands-on support and expertise to help them successfully adopt Snowflake’s AI solutions. You will be instrumental in driving customer success and ensuring that they realize the full potential of the technology.
