What you'll do

As a Software Engineering Manager at Snowflake, you will lead a team of 5-10 engineers in the development of the Snowflake Marketplace. You will be responsible for hiring top talent and managing the team's performance, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with Product Management to define the product roadmap and prioritize features that will drive user engagement and satisfaction.

You will oversee the full-stack development process, from architecture design to implementation and deployment. Your hands-on technical leadership will be crucial in guiding your team through complex challenges and ensuring that they adhere to best practices in software development. You will also play a key role in mentoring your engineers, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers within the organization.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role, as you will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that the Snowflake Marketplace meets the needs of its users.
