What you'll do
As the Software Engineering Manager for Growth & Experimentation, you will lead a full-stack team dedicated to building a Growth platform that accelerates the adoption of Snowflakeβs Enterprise products. You will oversee the development of new features and enhancements for existing products, ensuring that the team is aligned with the company's growth objectives.
You will drive the execution of the team's initiatives, ensuring that they are meeting customer needs and adapting to market changes. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the Growth platform is effectively integrated with other products and services offered by Snowflake.
You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team members, helping them to grow their skills and advance their careers within the organization.
