Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in engineering management with a focus on distributed systems — your experience includes leading teams that build and maintain cloud-based environments at scale. You are passionate about mentoring and developing high-performing engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

You excel in cross-functional collaboration — working closely with engineering leadership, design, and other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and ensure that user needs are met through data-driven decision-making. Your ability to communicate effectively across teams helps drive excellence in product delivery.

You are skilled in operational management — balancing the needs of your team with the strategic goals of the organization. You understand the importance of using data to inform decisions and are adept at developing tools and infrastructure that provide insights into application performance and service health.

Desirable

Experience with observability tools and practices is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud computing platforms. You are comfortable navigating complex technical challenges and enjoy finding innovative solutions that enhance system performance and reliability.

What you'll do

Your leadership will help enable and accelerate growth within the team and the broader organization.
