Snowflake is hiring a Senior Manager of Field Marketing Acquisition to lead the Acquisition Field Marketing Team. You'll design and execute marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership and strategic marketing vision.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in field marketing or a related area, with a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and pipeline growth. Your expertise in designing integrated marketing programs is complemented by your ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about leveraging marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions. Your experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and partner co-marketing will be invaluable as you develop strategies that resonate with target audiences. You are adept at managing high-impact field experiences, such as regional events and executive dinners, that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the field marketing strategy for Acquisition, focusing on net-new logos. You will design and lead integrated field programs that combine ABM, SDR alignment, and executive engagement to drive demand. Your responsibilities will include overseeing high-impact field experiences, such as regional events, roadshows, and sponsorships, to create memorable interactions that foster customer relationships.

You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives. Your ability to influence stakeholders will be crucial as you advocate for marketing strategies that support the overall business goals. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of marketing programs and adjusting strategies based on performance metrics.
