Who you are
You have over 10 years of experience in high-tech field marketing, ideally within enterprise B2B or SaaS organizations β you've successfully driven demand generation and pipeline growth through innovative marketing strategies. Your strong program ownership skills enable you to translate corporate marketing strategies into effective regional execution, ensuring alignment with sales priorities.
You excel in collaborating with sales leadership to support territory plans and account expansion β your ability to manage end-to-end program execution, from planning to post-event measurement, sets you apart. You are adept at designing and delivering integrated field programs, including events, roadshows, and webinars, that resonate with target audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and execute the regional field marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with corporate objectives and sales priorities. You will design and deliver integrated field programs that include events, roadshows, executive engagements, webinars, and account-based marketing initiatives. Your collaboration with sales leadership will be crucial in supporting territory plans and accelerating pipeline creation.
You will manage the entire program execution process, including planning, budgeting, logistics, promotion, and post-event measurement. Your focus will be on driving demand generation and pipeline contribution through targeted campaigns and personalized experiences. You will also work closely with digital, content, product marketing, and partner teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategy.
