You have 5+ years of experience in field marketing, particularly in the technology or travel sectors — you've successfully developed and executed marketing strategies that resonate with local audiences and drive significant pipeline growth. Your expertise in managing live and virtual events, trade shows, and localized campaigns has equipped you with the skills to amplify brand presence effectively. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating closely with sales, marketing operations, and content teams to tailor campaigns that meet regional revenue goals. Your analytical mindset allows you to define and implement best-in-class lead-handoff processes, ensuring clear attribution and accountability across teams. You are a dynamic leader who can inspire and motivate others to achieve high-impact results, and you understand the importance of aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives.
Desirable
Experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with data-driven marketing strategies that leverage analytics to inform decision-making. A background in business travel or expense management would be advantageous, providing you with insights into the unique challenges and opportunities in this sector.
What you'll do
As the Senior Field Marketing Manager for North America, you will own and deliver integrated field marketing programs that build brand presence and fuel high-quality pipeline across key markets. You will develop a region-specific field marketing strategy that aligns with regional sales targets and company growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include planning, managing, and executing a portfolio of high-impact initiatives such as live and virtual events, trade shows, and cobranded partner events. You will partner with sales leadership to identify target accounts and segments, designing tailored field marketing initiatives that support pipeline acceleration. Additionally, you will define and implement best-in-class lead-handoff processes and workflows in collaboration with local BDR, SDR, and AE teams, ensuring clear attribution and accountability.
What we offer
Navan offers a competitive salary range of $97,500—$174,000 USD, which includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that values innovation and creativity.
