What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with Snowflake's Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, and Strategic Sourcing teams on commercial and technology transactions. You will lead, project-manage, structure, negotiate, and close agreements that enable and accelerate the company's growth. Your responsibilities will include driving key team initiatives and ensuring that all agreements align with Snowflake's strategic objectives.

You will be responsible for advancing practical solutions to complex legal challenges while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the legal team.
