You have a deep understanding of commercial contracts, technology agreements, and intellectual property matters, which allows you to navigate complex legal landscapes effectively. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with research, engineering, product, and operations teams is essential for structuring deals and assessing risks. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent negotiation skills, enabling you to craft agreements that align with the company's strategic goals.

Desirable

Experience in AI or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with GPU compute and cloud partnerships. You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and can anticipate legal challenges before they arise. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate legal concepts clearly to non-legal stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the commercial and technology transactions for Reflection, overseeing strategic partnerships and complex agreements related to GPU infrastructure and enterprise deals. You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that support the company's mission of building open superintelligence. Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams to ensure that all legal frameworks are aligned with the company's go-to-market strategy. You will also handle data-licensing arrangements and intellectual property matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your contributions will be critical in enabling Reflection to responsibly build and distribute its innovative models globally.
