Your experience in administrative roles has equipped you with the skills necessary to perform a wide array of core administrative tasks. You are adept at creating, organizing, and maintaining team mailing lists, folders, and drives, ensuring that all information is easily accessible. Your proactive approach allows you to anticipate the needs of the team and prioritize projects effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be at the center of the teamβs business operations, providing essential support to the Engineering leadership. You will manage and maintain complex calendars, ensuring that all meetings and appointments are scheduled efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include booking complex travel arrangements and managing team and executive-level expenses, allowing the leadership team to focus on strategic initiatives.
You will play a key role in organizing, planning, and executing team events, fostering a positive team culture and enhancing collaboration. Responding to questions and requests for information from employees and guests will be part of your daily tasks, as you connect people with the right resources. Your ability to keep the team moving in a positive direction will be crucial in enabling and accelerating Snowflake's growth.
