Who you are

You are a results-oriented Product Growth Specialist with a strong focus on customer value creation. With extensive experience in driving insights and strategies, you excel at synthesizing customer feedback to enhance product adoption and consumption. Your executive presence and ability to communicate clearly enable you to collaborate effectively across teams, ensuring that customer needs are prioritized and addressed. You are a problem solver and a change agent, capable of strategizing independently while executing collaboratively.

You have a deep understanding of the Snowflake platform and its capabilities, which allows you to influence product direction and drive analytics initiatives. Your experience in managing programs tailored for specific regions, particularly the Americas, equips you with the skills to maximize customer value and accelerate growth. You thrive in environments that challenge ordinary thinking and push the pace of innovation.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving insights that help strategic customers accelerate their Digital and AI Transformation. You will analyze business insights and patterns of customer adoption to create execution strategies that maximize value from the Snowflake platform. Your role involves owning and iterating on program metrics to ensure successful execution tailored to the Americas region. You will also gather and synthesize feedback from customers and field teams to identify technical blockers and prioritize resolutions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that the product evolves in alignment with market demands. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial in driving customer value and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on goals and strategies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Snowflake's analytics business, leveraging your expertise to influence product development and customer engagement strategies.
