Who you are
You are a highly experienced Product Growth Specialist with a strong focus on customer value creation. You possess a deep understanding of the Snowflake platform and are driven by the desire to help customers accelerate their Digital and AI Transformation. Your executive presence and ability to communicate with clarity enable you to effectively collaborate across teams and drive customer value. You are a problem solver and a change agent, capable of strategizing independently while executing collaboratively.
You have a proven track record of synthesizing customer feedback and technical blockers to prioritize and resolve issues effectively. Your experience in driving insights related to customer adoption allows you to create execution strategies that maximize customer value and accelerate consumption of the Snowflake platform. You thrive in a leadership role that sits at the intersection of customer adoption, product influence, and large-scale field programs.
Desirable
Experience in analytics or cloud computing is a plus, as is familiarity with customer success metrics and program execution tailored for specific regions. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to challenge ordinary thinking while pushing the pace of innovation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be pivotal in driving insights that help Snowflake's most strategic customers. You will own and iterate on execution strategies that maximize customer value while accelerating the consumption of the Snowflake platform. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business insights and patterns of customer adoption to inform your strategies. You will also be responsible for executing programs tailored for the Americas region, ensuring that you meet and deliver against the program metrics.
You will act as the voice of the customer and the field, synthesizing feedback to ensure prioritization and resolution of technical blockers. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in driving customer value and ensuring successful program execution. You will work closely with various stakeholders to align on strategies that enhance customer adoption and satisfaction.
