You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in managing complex enterprise solutions. You understand the nuances of governance and control at scale, and you are passionate about creating user-friendly experiences for large organizations. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at aligning cross-functional teams towards a common vision. You are comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate the challenges of building products that meet the needs of diverse stakeholders.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate product vision and strategy effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform product decisions and measure success. You have a track record of successfully launching products that have made a significant impact on user experience and operational efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the product strategy and roadmap for "Snowflake at Scale," focusing on centralized operations and global governance. You will work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define the vision and ensure alignment across the organization. You will lead initiatives that rethink parts of the architecture to support multi-account and multi-region governance, enabling customers to manage their Snowflake footprint effectively.
You will be responsible for conducting user research to understand customer needs and pain points, translating those insights into actionable product features. You will prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the most critical features are delivered first. You will also define success metrics and track the performance of your initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure that product messaging aligns with customer needs and market trends. You will participate in go-to-market strategies and help educate internal teams about new features and capabilities. Your role will be pivotal in driving the product vision forward and ensuring that Snowflake continues to lead in ease of use and management at scale.
