Your experience includes developing and executing sales strategies that drive pipeline generation and revenue growth. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.

You are an expert in Snowflake’s Data Engineering and Data Lakehouse capabilities, with the ability to provide executive-level insights that guide strategic discussions. Your collaborative approach allows you to work seamlessly with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and leadership to ensure customer success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the challenge of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving pipeline generation and revenue targets for your allocated accounts and territory. You will develop tailored sales plays to capture market opportunities in Data Engineering, helping customers optimize their use of Snowflake's platform. You will work directly with customers to understand their Data Engineering needs, ensuring alignment with Snowflake’s product roadmap. Your insights will play a crucial role in driving customer adoption of Snowflake’s Data Engineering and Data Lake capabilities.

You will collaborate closely with the broader field organization, including leadership and Field CTOs, to drive customer engagement and accelerate growth. Your role will involve guiding strategic discussions that emphasize the value of Snowflake’s offerings, ensuring that customers are fully equipped to leverage the platform effectively. You will also be responsible for tracking sales performance and adjusting strategies as necessary to meet evolving market demands.
