You are a highly experienced, hands-on individual contributor with a strong background in web analytics and optimization — you thrive on translating data into actionable insights that drive engagement and conversion across corporate websites. With deep expertise in experimentation, you define hypotheses and success metrics, ensuring that every initiative is data-driven and impactful.
Your product mindset allows you to partner closely with web teams, enabling and accelerating growth through clear, actionable improvements. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment, where you challenge ordinary thinking and push the pace of innovation. You understand the importance of performance measurement and are adept at using various tools to analyze and optimize web performance.
What you'll do
As the Senior Web Optimization Lead, you will own and drive optimization strategies for Snowflake's global corporate websites. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing A/B tests, analyzing user behavior through tools like Google Analytics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. You will be responsible for setting success metrics and ensuring that all optimization efforts align with business goals.
You will also work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
