Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in digital analytics and optimization, with a strong focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO). Your expertise in data-driven decision-making allows you to analyze user behavior and implement effective strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
You are proficient in using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, enabling you to track and measure the performance of digital campaigns effectively. Your analytical mindset helps you develop hypotheses and conduct A/B testing to optimize user experiences across various digital platforms.
You possess strong SQL skills, allowing you to extract and manipulate data to derive actionable insights. Your ability to communicate findings clearly to stakeholders ensures that data-driven recommendations are understood and implemented effectively.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and design to align on goals and strategies. Your experience in the Subscription Economy equips you with a unique perspective on customer relationships and sustainable growth.
Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will own the entire CRO strategy, from hypothesis development to implementation and analysis. You will design and execute comprehensive testing and optimization programs that directly impact revenue growth and customer acquisition.
You will analyze user data to identify trends and insights, using this information to inform your optimization strategies. Your work will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that digital experiences are aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
You will have the autonomy to shape the conversion optimization strategy, working with cutting-edge tools and technologies to enhance user engagement across Zuora's digital properties.
